Your name, email address, phone number, profession, years of experience, and Mobile Money account information for payment purposes. We also collect content you submit, IP addresses for legal compliance, and basic usage data.
To create and manage your contributor account, process payments, review submissions, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your Mobile Money number and provider are used exclusively for payment processing. This data is stored securely and only accessed by authorized IdiaXion staff.
We log your IP address and timestamp when you accept our contributor agreement. This is for legal protection of both parties.
We retain your account data for the duration of your account and for a minimum of 5 years after account closure for legal and accounting purposes.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting contributor@idiaxion.com.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords and secure HTTPS connections. No system is completely secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
