Payment Policy

Payment Rates

Standard case study: 2,000 RWF for in-depth analysis, minimum 300 words recommended. Simple case study: 1,000 RWF for a shorter, focused submission on a simpler topic.

Payment Methods

All payments are made exclusively via Rwanda Mobile Money. We support MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money Rwanda. You must provide a valid Mobile Money number and account name in your profile to receive payment.

Payment Timeline

Approved submissions are placed in the payment queue. Payments are processed the next US Central Time business day after editorial approval. IdiaXion processes payments manually in Version 1.0.

Payment Conditions

Payment is only made for submissions that pass our full editorial review and are marked as Approved. Rejected, AI-written, plagiarized, duplicate, or low-quality submissions are not paid.

Daily Submission Limit

You may submit up to 10 case studies per US Central Time calendar day. This limit resets at midnight CT. Only approved submissions are paid.

Disputes

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, contact contributor@idiaxion.com within 30 days of the payment date.
