AI Usage Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective January 2025

Zero Tolerance for AI-Generated Content

Any submission written by, substantially generated by, or heavily edited by an AI tool, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or Jasper, will be rejected without payment.

What Counts as AI-Written

A submission is considered AI-written if the majority of the text was generated by an AI language model, if AI was used to rephrase or restructure large sections, or if AI writing tools were used to the point that the original human voice is substantially absent.

Detection

All submissions are reviewed by our editorial team. We may use AI detection tools to assist in identifying machine-generated content. Our reviewers are trained to identify patterns typical of AI-generated writing.

Consequences

Submissions identified as AI-generated will be rejected without payment. Repeat offenders may have their accounts permanently blocked.

Permitted AI Use

You may use AI tools for spell-checking, grammar correction, and research assistance to find facts or background information. The writing, reasoning, narrative, and case study itself must be your own original human work.
